Job Summary:

  • Successfully manage assigned projects in accordance with company procedures and supporting the overall objectives of the customer contract.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships and open communication with key customer contacts
    • Customer Liaison - Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations.
    • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
    • Communicates effectively with clients to identify issues and needs and evaluate business solutions.
    • Builds a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives.
  • Attend to customer inquiries, and be able to understand and comprehend their technical requirements for:
    • IT
    • Telecom
    • Building Management System
    • General understanding of MEP and construction requirements
  • Have a practical orientation into electric circuitry in terms of having worked in project installations.
  • Responsible for identifying and escalating any potential risks (technical or other) that may threaten the margin of assigned projects to Senior Management.
  • Be able to fluently communicate in English, in terms of understanding technical requirements and design appropriate solutions.
  • To be customer centric, and must possess effective interpersonal skills.
  • Should be self motivated and target driven.
