Job Summary:
- Successfully manage assigned projects in accordance with company procedures and supporting the overall objectives of the customer contract.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships and open communication with key customer contacts
- Customer Liaison – Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify issues and needs and evaluate business solutions.
- Builds a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives.
- Attend to customer inquiries, and be able to understand and comprehend their technical requirements for:
- IT
- Telecom
- Building Management System
- General understanding of MEP and construction requirements
- Have a practical orientation into electric circuitry in terms of having worked in project installations.
- Responsible for identifying and escalating any potential risks (technical or other) that may threaten the margin of assigned projects to Senior Management.
- Be able to fluently communicate in English, in terms of understanding technical requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- To be customer centric, and must possess effective interpersonal skills.
- Should be self motivated and target driven.
